How can I understand my size?

Please consider that the sizes have some overlap, it is because of the superior quality of the fabric. The fabric has excellent stretching properties and provides even compression without restricting your movements. If you find yourself between sizes, you can select the smaller size for a snugger fit. Alternatively, if you prefer a more relaxed style, you can opt for the larger size.

Do you ship overseas?
We usually only ship locally, but yes, we can arrange shipments all over the world for you. Shipping costs will apply. Please write to us before placing the order and we will try to accomodate it whenever possible. Otherwise you can organize with your own courier to pick the box directly at our address. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive if you are in the UAE. If you are in Dubai Emirates and opt for the same-day delivery option and order before 2pm you can have the items delivered the same day. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How do I care for and wash my PLAYsuits?
For optimal care, you can wash your item in the washing machine. Our fabrics are highly resistant to washes, so you don't need to worry about any damage. However, if you want to give your PLAYsuit some extra love and make it last even longer, we recommend hand washing as the best solution.
To maintain the integrity of your PLAYsuits, it is advisable to avoid ironing them as exposing them to excessive heat can potentially harm the fabric's properties and elasticity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and local debit cards, Apple Pay, Paypal.
Do you have a customer loyalty program?

What is your refund/exchange policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Only items shipped locally to United Arab Emirates are eligibly for returns. At the moment we cannot offer returns on International shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange the return and pick-up from your location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a MUV Card for the same value of your order will be issued to you. The Card will have no expiration date, so you will be able to use your MUV card right away, or anytime in the future. If you don't receive the MUV Card within 15 working days please contact us at info@muvdubai.com
